We are SO excited to be adding this fabulous new property to our portfolio. For a while now we have been looking for a luxury 5 bedroom holiday home with a hot tub, to add to our collection and we have finally found the perfect place in Lundin Farmhouse.

Lundin Farmhouse is a striking Victorian house with a modern twist, situated in an elevated position on a working farm and sporting estate. It sits above Aberfeldy, just 2 miles from the town and has the most breath-taking views of Ben Lawers and the surrounding hills and countryside. Sleeping 10 the house offers 4 en-suite bedrooms and a 5th bedroom with dedicated shower room and WC. The living space is stunning and the main area is open plan, consisting of large dining kitchen, formal dining area, with vaulted roundel ceiling and fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. Plus a sitting area with comfy sofas and a log burner. In addition there is a huge cinema and games room (pool table and a card table as well as board games) with another log burner, large entry hall and utility room.

There is a sizeable garden with hot tub, outdoor dining area, fire pit, BBQ and a large lawn area. Wherever you are in the garden, the views are breath taking! There is also a gravel driveway with ample parking and the entire garden and drive are fully fenced. There is an abundance of wildlife and birds around the property and you can see swans and ducks on the lochan, deer, hare, foxes and red squirrels to name just a few.

The list of services and facilities available to our guests is pretty endless. We can arrange catering, either a full service or just for a special occasion one evening during your stay. Why not have a private chef come from Ballintaggart and cook for you or have wonderful homemade ready meals made to order and delivered. Catering for guests in such a beautiful home from home, with spectacular views and one of the very best equipped kitchens is a joy! Thank you for having us. Picnics can be delivered for you to take on days out exploring (or just to enjoy whilst you fish on the lochan) We can even arrange for a chef to come and BBQ by the lochan for you, making use of the unique fishing hut with its roof top dining area (not otherwise available for guest use).

Fishing for salmon and trout is also available on the River Tay. We can even facilitate tuition for anyone who wants to hone their skills or learn from scratch. Have you ever tried clay pigeon shooting? If not why not let us arrange this for you with our local company, The Clay Game. Well, we did tell you that the list was pretty endless!
