Sealladh Cnoc is a new build property located at Shoreside, on the north shore of Loch Tay. This beautiful property has an ‘upside down’ layout to make the most of the breath taking view from the living space. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 king and one zip and link which can be made as a king or twins. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom.

All the bedrooms are downstairs and the open plan living space is upstairs. The house benefits from a stylish and well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and toastie maker. To the side of the kitchen area there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer and a toilet. There is a dining area and spacious sitting area with log burner and large patio doors opening out on the balcony. On the balcony you will find a dining table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining and it is south facing so gets the best of the sunshine well into the evening. The comfy sitting area has 2 large sofas and a Smart TV. There is a selection of books and games.

Please note that there are a lot of steps to reach the house from the parking area so this property is not suitable for any guests with mobility issues. There is 1 allocated and 1 guest parking space for the property and some additional guest parking on the site. This property is dog friendly but please note there is no secure private garden area. The grounds on the site are communal and there is also a private loch side beach just over the road with a jetty and private fishing rights (in season). The beach is the perfect spot for picnics and wild swimming.

Fearnan is 3 miles from the village of Kenmore, on the banks of Loch Tay.

Kenmore has a range of restaurants and the Courtyard Deli. The village shop and post office is due to reopen by summer 2024. The loch side beach is a popular spot for visitors to sit and enjoy the stunning view of Ben Lawers. A vasriety of water sports are available at Taymouth Marina along with their very popular hot box (book early!)

There is a golf course in Kenmore at Mains of Taymouth. We also have the Scottish Crannog Centre which is a great day out for all the family.

Aberfeldy is a 15 minute drive and has a large supermarket, butchers and bakers. Aberfeldy boasts gift and craft shops, an award winning book shop and cafe The Watermill and lots of places to eat.

There is a petrol station, medical centre, dentist, vet, ATMs and Post Office.

If you’re looking for an active holiday, there is a wide range of activities such as golf, fishing, walking, cycling, white water rafting, for which we recommend Unique Adventure Tours Scotland and even bungee jumping!

In addition, there are numerous castles and distilleries and a community owned cinema. Various festivals and music events run throughout the year. This great little town really does have something for everyone!
