Sleeping 7 between the spacious master, two doubles (one of which has zip and link beds so can be a twin) and one single bedroom. With a family bathroom, with bath and separate shower cubicle, and a downstairs wet room shower room. As for social spaces you have your pick between the large living room with bay windows overlooking the hills surrounding Aberfeldy, a snug or a music room! There is also a beautiful farmhouse style dining room which leads through into a modern kitchen, from which you can access the houses beautiful, large garden which also has driveway parking for 2-3 cars. Once the gates are closed on the drive, the garden is secure.

Seconds away from the Victoria Park and the Golf course and only a short walk to the town centre, which offers a wealth of cafes, dining options, shops and attractions. Dunan is perfectly situated to be able to enjoy everything that the town has to offer whilst still enjoying views of the areas natural beauty. The spacious nature of this house and garden make it a very family friendly, self catering option.

Dunan is right across the road from the local park, which has a large play ground, a skate park and plenty of space for any sports games. Just futher along the road is the towns golf course. within the town there is also a putting green, The Birks cinema and slightly further afeild in the town of Dull is the Highland safaris and red deer centre, if you’re looking for family activities. Or if you want to get more adventurous you could try canyoning/rafting/ paddling boarding with Unique Adventure Tours Scotland

Access to a plethora of amazing walks to suit any abilities. Including the famous Birks of Aberfeldy- a beautiful walk all year round and a must for visitors to the area.

The town has a range of shops including a supermarket, Breadalbane Bakery, McDonald Brothers Butchers and an award winning bookshop, The Watermill.
